Sweet potatoes are good for you, they are high in fiber, antioxidants, and they taste good. I usually fight the days I'm craving something sweet by adding sweet potato to my lunch or breakfast.
In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes, I like to cut them a bit thick, with a bit of oil (I use coconut or olive oil). Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika and stir with your hands to make sure the sweet potatoes have a bit of everything.
Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown. About 20 minutes at 350·.
