Were you looking for a simple way to turn that boring tuna in a can into a deliscious meal? I got you!
1 tuna can in water
1 sweet pepper
Chop the pepper, onion and leak, very small. Cook them in a tablespoon of olive oil over low heat, until they are soft.
Remove from heat and mix very well with the tuna, a pinch of pepper and an egg. Then add them into a pan making the patties, cook until they brown on both sides.
I really like them for dinner with some avocado, a big salad, and sometimes a bit of rice.
