Healthy French Toast


This is a delicious and, as always, very simple recipe.

  1. Whisk in a bowl 1 egg, 2 tbsp of almond milk (unsweetened) and cinnamon.

  2. Dip a slice of whole wheat bread into the mixture and cook in a flat pan. Don't fried them, cook them on both sides until they are brown.

  3. Add sugar free syrup or a tbsp of honey (or maple syrup). I love to add 1 tbsp of peanut butter and berries.

Tip: Get thin slices of bread, it will help to make them crispy without fry them.
